Plot
The Chuckle Brothers retrieve a fly-away balloon for a mother in the park but she doesn't want it back, and it follows them everywhere they go. Paul rubs it on Barry's head to create static to stick it to the side of a van, but it still comes after them and Barry has become magnetised, attracting metal objects. Spy boss Carrington-Smythe feels this could come in useful in his pursuit of a wanted man.
